Bloom Montana is the largest cannabis dispensary in the state of Montana. Our new Whitefish location is looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and manage staff effectively.

Preferably have at least two years of budtending experience.

Requirements:

• Complete state requirements to work in dispensary: State Agent Badge (marijuana worker permit), submit fingerprints, pass background check

• 18 years or older
• Full time- 40 hours/wk

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the scheduling and activities of other workers
• Hiring, and training new employees
• Budtending and building a rapport with customers and patients
• Prepares weekly reports for management
• Ensure tracking software is maintained properly and in sync with our POS systems
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Inventory management including ordering and receiving orders and daily inventory counts
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Motivates and directs team
• Be an example of well behavior and high performance
• Participates in regular team meetings directed by the owners or other managers
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
