Diamondback Materials is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher/Order Taker in our Ready-Mix division on the Westside of Phoenix, AZ.JOB TITLE: Dispatcher/Order Taker
COMPENSATION: Competitive
JOB HOURS: 40 +/ week
JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal applicant will work well independently, under pressure and against strict deadlines; keep organized to maintain efficiency and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
This dispatch position requires answering calls and taking orders.
Handling customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Scheduling and dispatching of concrete mixer trucks.
Tracking and assisting drivers throughout the day.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Experience order taking and dispatching in the concrete industry a plus.
Bilingual is desired but not a requirement
Intermediate computer ability.
Customer service experience.
