Aurora Behavioral Health System is actively hiring a Director of Plant Operations. The Director of Plant Operations plans organizes, directs and controls the maintenance activities of the Glendale facility to provide services, repairs, and maintenance necessary to insure the safe and efficient operation of the hospital.

The Director of Plant Operations will maintain a comfortable physical environment for patients, employees, medical staff and the public, in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices set by ABHS, the Arizona Department of Health, The Joint Commission and other local community and governmental agencies. This position is also responsible for the management of the housekeeping and dietary staff

The Director will support customer first initiatives.

Education/Experience:

Five years of experience in a hospital with at least two years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
