Job Summary and Qualifications

This Director will oversee PICU and Pediatrics

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt
• Active Florida Registered Nurse
• BSN Degree Preferred
• 2 years minimum acute care clinical nursing experience to include supervisory level.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).

· Must have at least _2_+ years of Pediatric Critical Care experience at the Dir level

· Must have BSN

*Up To 15% bonus annual bonus, based on performance KPI’s

Sign On Bonus: _Up to $20K

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $107,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• acute care nursing including supervisory level: 2 years (Preferred)
• Peds Critical Care Director: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS/BCLS (Preferred)
• PALS Certification (Preferred)
• FL RN License (Preferred)
