Virginia Fundraising Consultants, a fundraising consulting firm located in Norfolk, VA, is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the organization’s day-to-day operations in assisting non-profit organizations to improve their financial capacity..

The Director of Operations oversees all the administrative operations of the office, ensuring that it runs efficiently and that all members of the team have what they need to succeed (such as equipment, supplies, recordkeeping and a safe and supportive work environment). The Director of Operations also coordinates communication and information flow among and between VFC’s clients: their Board and committee members, staff, donors, and others within the general nonprofit sector. This position reports to the President and CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
