Join our team at our newly constructed, state-of-the-art long-term care facility located in Ardmore, Tennessee.

As the Director of Human Resources, you will implement human resources systems including effective staff recruitment and retention, benefits administration, employee relations and human resources management programs, employee communication programs, conflict resolution, and training compliance with applicable State and Federal laws and mentor department supervisors on human resources issues and programs. You will also perform duties related to the overall payroll for the facility employees and the facility accounts payable program.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate would have the following experience:

• 2 years in Human Resources related role
• 1 year of Payroll Processing
• 1 year of Accounts Payable Processing

Pre-employment background investigation and drug screening are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
