We’re looking for a Director of Finance for a Luxury Resort on Lanai, Hawaii.

What you do

• Oversees 5 complex entities and multiple departments
• Leads a team of 10+ employees
• Provides financial information and counsel to senior management and ownership
• Ensures hotel operates within local and corporate policies and procedures
• Develops Finance staff to aid company growth

Who you are

• Must have at least 5 years of experience as Director of Finance in luxury hotels
• Strategic, analytical, and strong leadership skills
• Finance or Hospitality Management Degree preferred
