Job Summary
The Director of Inside Sales will provide strategic direction for Americas Inside Sales to effectively engage with target companies and generate leads in targeted verticals that support annual sales goals and continued new logo growth.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the Americas Inside Sales team to ensure adherence to processes and that team activities are appropriately planned and tracked.
- Improve processes, cadence templates and reporting for managing internal Inside Sales Reps and external vendor activity leveraging Salesforce.com and SalesLoft capabilities.
- Work in collaboration with Team Lead and senior ISRs to ensure all ISRs continue to improve a deep understanding of Sitel's offerings including vertical-specific solutions.
- Ensure ISRs have the proper portfolio of both Sitel Target Accounts and BD Identified Accounts and that account data in Salesforce.com is accurate and continuously updated.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure alignment with demand generation campaign messaging for cadences and target accounts.
- Facilitate feedback from BDEs on their activities with their assigned ISR and work with Team Lead on any necessary adjustments, issues or opportunities for improvement and coaching.
- Work with Global Marketing Digital Team, Americas Director of Sales Operations and Americas Market Intelligence team to ensure accurate account assignments and target account data in Salesforce.com.
- Navigate prospective clients' complex organizational structures while building a comprehensive understanding of key decision-makers, influencers, attitudes toward outsourcing and opportunity potential by division.
