Job description

Direct Support Professionals provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our office serves primarily San Luis Obispo County with the majority of our clientele being in SLO, Santa Maria, Lompoc, Paso Robles. A pre-employment Live scan is required (paid for by Lighthouse), as is CPR/First Aid certification, a valid California drivers license and auto insurance. Shifts vary based on client need, and can be very flexible.

Duties include (but not limited to):

*assistance with budgeting

*teaching house keeping skills

*attending medical appointments

*teaching self advocacy skills

*meal preparation/planning

*medication management

*personal hygiene tasks.

This Job Is:
