Location:

Global scope/location, the position can be filled in any location where Arcadis has a legal entity but with a preference for; the UK, EU, and North America.

Purpose:

Following M&A activity, a Digital Marketing Strategy Analyst/Consultant is needed on a temporary basis to work alongside the Global Digital Marketing Team, Integration Project Managers, and key business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of digital marketing channels and tactics, platforms and tools into our global digital marketing strategy and ecosystem.

Reporting Lines:

Reports to Global Digital Marketing Director, Integration Project Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Performs audits of the company’s digital maturity, digital marketing and channels, and tactics including in-depth analysis of usage, and performance.
  • Performs audit of digital tools, data, platforms, and architecture including review of suppliers and agencies.
  • Creates solid assessment reports and advises proactively on channel migration and consolidation strategies.
  • Advises on digital marketing strategies, tactics, and architecture/ecosystems.
  • Manages project deliverables on time and produces progress reports.
  • Collaborates with various international teams and agencies.
  • Works with stakeholders to identify opportunities and address bottlenecks and risks.
  • Presents to key stakeholders on assessments, plans, and updates.

Profile Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • In-depth and excellent expert knowledge of all digital marketing and media channels (owned, paid, and earned).
  • Expert knowledge of digital (marketing) platforms and tools (i.e. CRM, MarTech, Analytics, CMS/DCX platforms, DAM, UX, CRO, etc.).
  • Broad experience in B2B Marketing and Commerce; demand/lead generation, Account Based Marketing, Digital Advertising, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
  • Proven experience in strategy management consulting in a professional B2B services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics and Advertising Platforms (GA, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook) to perform assessments.
  • Excellent business partner skills; ability to liaise with various types of stakeholders internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with operational and technical resources.
  • Good project management skills; ability to prioritize workload, work well under pressure and deliver high-quality output that meets requirements and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a globally dynamic environment; flexible and able to work in a rapidly and highly demanding environment.
  • Experience in the B2B professional service sector and Arcadis’ key industries is an advantage.
