Starting Pay: $17 - $20 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Detail new product for dealer delivery
• Assist rigging department in completing boats.

Preferred Experience:

• Preferred: Detailing, Wet sanding, Buffing and Polishing, Gel repair, Fiberglass repair

Beneficial Experience.

• Body and paint work - Shrink wrapping - Interior repair

Good Attributes:

• Ability to accept constructive criticism
• Ability to produce a Class A finish
• Patient
• Detail orientated

Work Location:

Ira Twp, MI

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday 6:30am - 3:30pm
• Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm

• Strong initiative, team player, time management and organizational skills.
• Maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow process while maintaining quality control standards.
• Valid driver license.
• Strong retention level with information given.
• Reliable.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Strong intellectual reasoning.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to physically perform lifting, bending, reaching, climbing of stairs
• Must be able to understand and follow all safety related documents and rules
• Must be able to pass OSHA standards testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
