The pay rate presented on the job post is a reference rather than an actual offer. Compensation will be discussed during interview. But we are specifically looking for a partner-dentist that is interested in production-based pay rather than a per day rate. The potential dentist must be willing to grow his personal patient base where the production % is higher. And with a plan of buying the dental office in the future. This is a great opportunity for a dentist to get into a private practice easily without investing a fortune initially. We are willing to train the prospective dentist/owner. This dental office offers a broad spectrum of dental services.
Responsibilities for Dentist:
Able to diagnose effectively and treatment plan catering to preventive dentistry
Able to do a variety of dental procedures i.e. crown and bridge, root canal, extractions, restoration, deep cleaning, removable restorations, (partial & complete) dentures
Also, optionally familiar with cosmetic, ortho or Invisalign, and implants
Recommend patients to dental specialists as needed for recommended procedures
Instruct patients about best practices in oral health, and recommend the best brushes and toothpaste for their needs
Create models of crowns and dentures by taking measurements and making models
Review x-ray images captured in the office to determine the health of the teeth and potential areas of concern.
Qualifications for Dentist:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a General Dentist
Doctoral degree in dental medicine
Licensed to practice dentistry in California is required
Continuing education courses for new procedures and standards
Experience working in accordance with HIPAA and other medical privacy laws
Professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients
Personal accountability and attention to detail required
Ability to multitask and make informed decisions accurately and quickly
Experience working in a high-volume dental office and delivering exceptional care
Strict adherence to sanitation requirements for tools and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $650.00 - $800.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
