Our private dental practice has an opening for a full-time Dental Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator. We are an established prosthodontic dental practice in Wellesley, MA, that takes pride in providing exceptional dental care. We are looking for a positive, energetic, and experienced team player. Must have exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a dedicated dental administrative team to provide excellent customer service for our patients. Dentrix experience is preferred.

Front desk responsibilities include, but are not limited to: telephone and in-office contact with patients, scheduling appointments, posting procedures, collecting payments, and other tasks. All responsibilities are to be performed with accuracy, efficiency, and a team-oriented approach. The ability to multitask and coordinate flow through the office to create a stress- free environment is a must.

This is a full-time position with benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan, and paid parking. 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
