Our family-owned dental office is looking for a full time front desk receptionist. The ideal candidate is well-organized and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone who is motivated and looking for a long term career in the dental field.

Job description includes:

• Greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments
• Calling insurances and verifying insurance information
• Billing (training provided) PPO and DentiCal (no HMO)

Our office hours are :
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM

(Closed Wednesday and Sunday)

Please do not apply if you are not able to work Saturdays

Please only apply if:

• You have had some experience in the dental field and/or in customer service
• You are able to work Saturdays
• You are reliable and able to handle a fast paced job
• You have good computer skills and neat handwriting

Preferred but not required:

• Bilingual
• Experience with Open Dental
