Manito Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Insurance/Financial Coordinator to join our team!

We are a team-oriented, private practice that has been providing dental care in the heart of the South Hill since 1992. Dr. Hennessey purchased the practice in 2022, with the goal & vision of maintaining a family practice environment.

We are looking for someone that is patient oriented and team centered. We have an experienced team, with 3 hygienists and 2 assistants. The front office includes an insurance/financial coordinator and a scheduling coordinator, who work together to manage all aspects of the practice. We are looking for a leader and team player who has experience in dental insurance, and accounts payable/receivable.

Software: SoftDent, Sensei communication, Patterson Imaging

Duties:

· Managing Accounts Receivable

· Managing dental insurance claims

· Scheduling patient appointments

· Overseeing patient interactions to promote a positive patient experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
