We help American's who are struggling with the immense stress of owing unsecured debt. We are partnered with multiple firms that can provide the customer service and experience needed to handle our clients situation in a timely manner. We are huge on not micromanaging and allowing Sales Reps the space to feel comfortable and proud of where they work. Atlas is a rapidly growing company. This company was built organically and continues to grow organically, meaning there are no outside investors or owners who are unavailable when you need them. Both owners are in the office with you and accessible 100% of the time with an open door policy! We love our staff and continue to ensure we all love where we work..

We are located in one of the nicest towers in Irvine, with building amenities that are next to none! Huge game room with free beer on tap, New Gym, Showers, Locker room. On site coffee shop with outdoor games like cornhole, putting green, horseshoes.

Job Duties:

Warm transfers are non-stop! We don't have a marketing cap like other salesfloor. We spend what it takes to keep all salesmen busy.

Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Ensure follow-up by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline using the tools at your exposure.
Work hard and push yourself every day while keeping a positive attitude.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize service features and benefits while maintaining a tight focus on compliance, including quote program payments, discussing terms, and preparing sales agreements
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.

We offer up to 2% commission on debt enrolled. This is, by far, the highest commission out there. We want our sales team to be the highest paid in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced Account Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in verbal and written communication, is punctual and reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. In this position you will be responsible for resolving external account issues by performing initial troubleshooting. As an Account Resolution Specialist you must master all aspects of the account resolution process from logging, to database updates and to communicating with affected customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of customer issues.
• Enter and retrieve information from computer databases.
• Provide customers with product and pricing information.
• Answer customer questions via phone or email.
• Work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Research issues to find a resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
