20 hours per week; 4 hours per day; Monday-Friday

$18/hr

English & Driver’s License Required

Summary

We are looking for a Day Porter to assist us in miniating the property (parking lots, common hallways, sidewalks etc.). Our ideal candidate is someone who will take pride in keeping the building beautiful, clean, and comfortable for all visitors.

Day Porter Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacants (as needed)

· Spot mop floors in vacant areas and service hallways (as needed)

· Vacuum rugs, floors etc. (vacants-as needed)

· Sweep parking lot, curb areas (as needed)

· Wipe down window glass, windowsills (vacant-as needed)

· Empty exterior trash cans around the property

· Replace lightbulbs-common areas (as needed)

· Pick up trash around the buildings & parking lot

· Perform small repairs as needed

· Provide snow removal assistance if needed during business hours

· Pressure wash around property as needed

· Any other items Property Manager requests

· Must be able to lift up to 75lbs if necessary

· Climb a ladder if necessary

All candidates are subject to a Nationwide background check and drug screen.
