We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible basic data entry.Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Assists with administrative duties
- Performs other related duties as needed
- High School Diploma
- Must pass data entry skill assessments, with a minimum of 6000 KPH without error
- Must be able to quickly learn all procedures for processes
- Must be able to process documents quickly and meet set standards
- Strong verbal and written communication required and inter-personal skills a must; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet company deadlines
- Professional phone skills
- MS Office knowledge
