Job description
This part-time position (10 to 15 hours a week) assists the Operations Manager, Accounting Manager and Executive Director with the administration of a wide variety of databases, data sources and record-keeping.
Tasks:
Enteringdata into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files
Handling numerical data accurately; creating spreadsheets
Updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available
Transferring data directly and accurately
Summarizing data for standardized reports
Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information; protecting the information and identities of customers/client
Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and digital files as needed
Using data to prepare form letters, receipts, and acknowledgements
Requirements
A high degree of accuracy and precise attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize
Understands and follows data confidentiality principles
Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
Highly organized multitasker
Willingness to learn new processes
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and QuickBooks
Pays strong attention to detail
Knowledge of touch-typing system preferred
Previous experience with management of PayPal and Square payment data preferred
Must be reliable, dependable, and able to learn quickly
Successful candidate must pass a Live Scan background check

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
