• As the Customer Support Representative, you are the backbone in meeting customer’s demand time, offering cost saving strategies, and the resource in the procurement process. You will establish professional relationships with existing customers and new prospects that want to engage Randall. You will collaborate effectively across all departments to meet customer expectations and resolve problems in a timely manner.

How You’ll Preform the Role

• Ensure accurate data entry.
• Verify customer account information is up to date. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Effectively process all incoming calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Be proactive in communicating with customers regarding problems or delays. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
