Is supporting customers your specialty? Our well-established Pasadena Company will train you to succeed as our Customer Support Representative. This customer care position will provide a variety of support to our existing clients, including,
- responding to customer calls and emails
- ordering equipment and supplies
- providing cost estimates
- coordinating set up and delivery and shipping and receiving
- maintaining the organization of our showroom and stockroom
- computer entry
- some lifting of packages and equipment required
Depending on the prospective employee's interest and skill set, it could also expand to other types of customer support opportunities, including but not limited to
- visiting our customers' sites
- website and social media development.
