Juicekeys is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant and health boutique that is very proud of the unique and organic menu we offer. At Juicekeys, we put a major focus on the employee experience.
We are looking for a Customer Specialist for our front of house team who wants to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. We specifically seek out those who can work in a team environment, have a great attitude/professionalism, a desire to grow and create an experience that brings joy to our customers in a healthy, convenient way.
As a Customer Specialist, you will be the face of the store and the first and last person our customers see. Whether it’s regulars, or first timers, we give our customers a 5-star experience every time they come in to Juicekeys. Making our customers feel welcomed and confident that any question they ask, we can find an answer for, is an important part of our mission. Your goal is to sell joy & delight. You will also be accountable for maintaining cleanliness and operational tasks in conjunction with health codes and Juicekeys standards.

Job responsibilities to own and deliver on:
- 5-Star Customer Service
- Beating the customer to the greet and using welcome to Juicekeys or a personalized phrase to each and every customer with an energetic, positive tone
- Follow up with customers and always communicates a farewell to the customer in an energetic, positive tone
- Problem solving – You are a solution maker in all problem-solving situations you may encounter. We tell the customer “I will find out for you” if you don’t know the answer, and we never talk negative about the customers to other team members.
- High energy each and every time they’re working and are consistent, positive and contagious in their effort
- Ordering procedures
- APP
- POS
- Menu Guidance Procedures
- Knowledgeable on our products and substitution/add-on options
- Actively listen to the customer’s needs to help identify what they’re looking for and are talking about the good behind our products
- Daily Task Procedures
- Opening/Closing Duties
- Operational tasks procedures
