The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation N.A., is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service professional with a background in commercial banking and bank operations to fill a Customer Service Representative position in Seattle, WA. This position offers an unparalleled level of service to a dedicated portfolio of Bank clients.

The Customer Service Specialist position requires an individual who works well independently and as part of a team. This position needs a person who is professional, a self-starter, flexible, and motivated. The candidate must possess the maturity and self-confidence to embrace their portfolio of commercial and consumer clients to provide the personal and professional attention they expect.

Job Requirements:
Relationship building and familiarity with individual clients and their businesses to provide an exemplary level of service.

Understanding of the various business structures and their ownership to correctly prepare Bank documents.

Coordinate with other Bank departments (Treasury Management, Investments, Relationship Managers) to provide timely Bank services to the client.

Daily review of overdraft activity.

Assist clients with daily needs including online banking, account transfers, account research and reconciliation and fraud investigations.

Accept incoming calls from a variety of sources and provide courteous service

to all callers.

Train newer bankers on various Bank processes and procedures.

Ensure clients are well cared for if the client's primary CSS is out of the office.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent work experience.

Extensive experience in bank operations.

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Strong skill base to include customer service, communications, basic business writing,

attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Must be able to work independently and maintain the utmost confidentiality in a variety of

situations.
