Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. We are growing and seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative engages customers via phone, email, and in person to promote and sell Rugby Architectural Building Products to both new and existing customers.

What You Will Do:

• Enter orders and provide quotes to customers
• Complete all associated paperwork and routine progress reports as needed
• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls
• Analyze the requests and choices of every customer and suggest suitable products
• Make efforts to achieve the short-term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization
• Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers

What kind of Customer Service Rep do we need?

• 1+ years proven building material knowledge preferred
• Passionate and experienced individual to provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers by phone or email as needed
