Our organization is dedicated to our customer's needs, and we are looking for a talented and hard-working individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a backgroud in insurance, specifically with non-standard companies.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to the standards set by the company's customer service policy.
• Work with customers in a calm and professional manner.
• Adhere to our work hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm and every other Saturday, 9am-2pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
