The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for the clear and efficient communication between Woodfin and our incredible customer base in order to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service possible. This includes managing a significant call volume, analyzing customer accounts in real time, scheduling deliveries, and making decisions independently while maintaining a positive customer service mentality.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operates a multi-line phone system and online messaging system in order to communicate with Internal and External Customers regarding job orders and needs.
- Maintains a "Big Picture" view of service availability and pricing in order to clearly express information to our customer.
- Continually exhibits a Positive, Customer Service Mentality with Internal and External customers.
- Remains up to date on internal responsibilities to ensure inquiries are forwarded appropriately avoiding unnecessary line transfers.
- Positively contributes to the culture and overall success of the company and department.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old with an upbeat personality and a warm and friendly demeanor.
Job Requirements:
- Organized, detail oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks in a simultaneous manner.
- Must be an Independent Thinker - "Go-Getter" mentality exhibiting initiative to make decisions and trust your instincts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Including Excellent Telephone Skills.
- Able to quickly learn utilized software and processes.
- Periodically works extended hours during peak times; Including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time while operating a desktop computer and multi-line telephone.
- Team player with a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company.
