Our Automotive Group is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to be a part of our team as our Customer Service Representative in the Body Shop. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing advanced auto services with exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The representative provides a welcoming voice and face to our dealership. In this position you will professionally administer all incoming calls, take messages, answer customer questions, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member or department. You will greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.

This position provides general administrative support, with duties including but not limited to dealer trade paperwork, scheduling drivers, and filing. You will perform a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to keeping logs on paper and on the computer.

The prepresentative is expected to have a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends. We're flexible with your schedule too.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multi-task in a changing environment, while maintaining an upbeat attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office - especially Word and Excel
• Dependability and Flexibility

Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
