Property Management Company seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. This position reports directly to management.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
• Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
• Scheduling tours to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions
• Assist maintenance staff and outside vendors with scheduling and providing access to units

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years customer service experience with references (can be outside of property management – such as retail or recent college grad)
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to support relationships with prospects and current tenants
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills
• Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items, and ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Competency with data entry
• Hours 8:30-4:30pm
