Public Relations Coordinator

Reporting to: CEO

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, occasional Saturdays & Evenings

Location: Remote but preferably in the Waco, TX, Temple, TX or Belton, TX area.

Purpose of the position:

Administrative: Perform the day-to-day tasks that keep the office running smoothly, and provide an excellent Customer Service experience to existing and potential clients .

Business Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing various marketing campaigns.

Social Media: Help our social media assistants cultivate online presence and drive audience engagement through social media platforms. Polish blog posts, select relevant photos and make sure the blog stays up to date.

Key responsibilities & duties:

  • Answer incoming client inquiries and requests, or respond via text in a timely manner
  • Manage photographers’ schedules
  • Run reports to ensure client payment prior to delivery
  • Handle quality control and order delivery to clients in absence of photo editor
  • Respond to social media inquiries
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of blog
  • Assist in writing blog posts
  • Create engaging marketing email campaigns (blasts)
  • Create and implement various marketing strategies to grow clientele
  • Participate in field marketing efforts
  • Develop and shoot educational and marketing video content
  • Copyright and license catalog of images
  • Create marketing collateral for print and digital campaigns
  • Manage client retention efforts
  • Improve and Maintain business efficiencies and workflows

Required Work experience & skills:

  • Min 2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent Digital Organizational Skills
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Must have access to fast internet
  • Must be comfortable being on camera
  • Must have a visually pleasing and quiet home office space for recording educational video content

Preferred Work experience & skills:

  • Social Media Experience
  • Marketing Experience
  • Content Writing Experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom/ACR

Training will be in-person in the Waco area. After training, this is a work from home position.
