Roto-Rooter is a premier provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services. Operating in Ellwood City, PA, and surrounding areas, we're looking for a unique individual to join our team FULL TIME as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND DISPATCHER.

The selected candidate will have a dynamic phone presence, excellent problem solving and customer service skills, and a working knowledge of computer software.

Essential functions of the position include:

• Field incoming calls to increase sales/job count
• Interview customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide best service
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and sell other services
• Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity
• Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers
• Contact new and existing customers to introduce our services and send marketing materials
• Ability to work independent
• Schedule preventative maintenance with existing customers
