Shift Available: Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 8:00pm with rotating Saturday's and Sunday's.

Responsibilities
Wow Customers through exceptional service on incoming calls.
Wow Customers through exceptional service Outbound - to existing customers (no cold calling)
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING
