INTERIORS HOME is a family-owned residential furnishings company with three showrooms in the Susquehanna Valley. The Customer Service Representative acts as the liaison between the sales and design team and our clients, finalizing order details and entering them into IH’s order management system, assisting clients face-to-face or on the phone with payment options, and occasionally assisting with merchandise pick-ups and delivery. This position is also cross-trained in reception.

The full time (5 days) weekly work hours for this position is as follows:

• Three (3) days of the week: 9AM - 5PM
• One day (1) of the week: 10AM - 6PM
• One day (1) of the week: 12PM - 8PM
• Weekends: Customer service is required to work three (3) Saturdays per month. Most Sundays we are closed.
