Position Overview

A Customer Service Representative will be part of our Lead Generation team. There main job functions will be to place outgoing calls to customers and prospects using HHP's unique selling points.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

● Place outgoing calls to customers and prospects.

● Generate trust and interest from potential customers using HHP’s unique selling points.

● Continually qualify the prospect and influence by use of scripts and unique selling propositions.

● Record call findings, schedule future calls, and constantly update information received in the process of calling into NetSuite.

● Direct prospect inquiries, conduct follow-up calls to customers, and contact non-active customers to regenerate sales.

● Follow the Outside Sales process map.

● Utilize scripts based on the type of call being completed.

● Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management.

● Complete weekly Toggl reports and KPIs as requested by management.

● Attend management meetings as scheduled.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Outbound calling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
