Job description
- Collects fees to include Collect-On-Entry events and assist customers by operating a cash computerized terminal, credit card device, calculating hourly rates for patrons, generating receipts, verifying validations, completing insufficient funds and lost ticket forms, giving directions to patrons, answering questions, reporting emergencies and completing accident reports.
- Other duties include completing reports, reporting fees collected and balancing with a computer print-out.
- Assisting internal/external patrons in the operations office by phone.
- Responsible for monitoring capacity at a minimum of 3 garages per shift.
- Checks all ticket dispensers to ensure an adequate supply of tickets.
- Checks all PIL’s (Pay-In-Lane) for money jams, receipt paper and remove all tickets that have paid.
- Works in all weather conditions
Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. Level of knowledge equivalent to four years of high school or equivalency.
Required:
- Six months experience.
- One (1) year of cash handling and customer service experience.

Work Hours:
- Monday - Sunday, 40/hours per week
- Occasional overtime
- Scheduled rotation
- Rotation as needed
