Position Overview:
A Business Development Representative receives incoming calls, establishes customer relationships, and schedules Service Department appointments.
Who You Are:

• You are self-motivated and goal-oriented and have the proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment while achieving BDC-related customer satisfaction goals measured by manufacturer surveys
• You have excellent customer service skills and are clear in your communication
• You stay informed on industry trends and have the proven ability to create and manage a positive and productive work environment within the BDC
• You have 2+ years of Sales or customer service experience
• You are professional and have a strong work ethic
• You possess a high sense of urgency
• You can establish and manage continuous improvement efforts for the BDC

Essential Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming Service Department phone calls and emails promptly
• Call current and former service customers to confirm and schedule appointments
• Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in-person)
• Maintain accurate data in the customer database
• Schedule service appointments for the soonest available time slots
• Follow-up via the customer's preferred method of communication to ensure they were satisfied with their service and assist in remedying the situation if the service does not meet the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
