Customer Service Rep/Production Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. This person should be a self-starter and reliable. Punctuality and passion for building lasting client relationships a must. Looking for someone open to various tasks throughout the day/week and looking to grow with a company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and direct inquiries as needed
• Assist with various office tasks with administration work
• Assist sales team with order tracking, communication with clients and job scheduling
• Filter all jobs received and put into production accordingly
• Work with production team to ensure all orders get fulfilled on time and according to our quality control standards
• Assist in making production team schedule of jobs to accurately and efficiently meet deadlines
• Work with various departments to answer questions and ensure clients needs are being met
• Assist walk in customers as needed and help answer questions
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
• Experience with graphic design preferred
• Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and team members
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Highly Organized with ability to schedule jobs accordingly
• A fun attitude and commitment to quality
• Desire to work with various people and teams
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work, and occasional meeting with clients
• Position requires mix of in office work, production floor walks and rare but occasional out of office meetings with clients. This means you may be exposed to loud noises in a production-like atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
