Inside Sales/Customer Service
REPRESENTATIVE

The inside sales/customer service representative is responsible for offering superior customer service with ongoing customers. You will act as an advertising consultant to help customers grow their business through advertising in the newspaper, digitally and with our social media products. Compensation is salary plus commission.

Major Responsibilities:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Must have a desire to succeed & an outgoing personality

Customer service experience with businesses not necessary, but desirable

Must provide superior customer service

Must be detailed-oriented
