Our Customer Service department is actively looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for serving point of contact between the company and the customer. You will also be responsible for providing information on the product and service to the clients.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the client's needs and requirements.
• Asking personal details from the clients.

• Identifying client’s concerns and queries.
• Explaining products and services offered by the company.
• Taking orders from the clients.
• Processing bills and payments.
• Resolving any complaints and issues.

• Answering all the questions faced by the clients via phone or email.
• Assisting in hiring and training new employees.
• Performing some managerial tasks as and when required.

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Consultant, a similar position in a Customer Service department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good data entry skills.

• Exceptional decision-making abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
