We are seeking a driven and talented Customer Service Associate to join our team and assist our growing customer base in the metal building components segment of the building materials industry. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing product information and quotes, and processing orders via phone and email. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met.

About the position:
Our Lebanon area manufacturing facility is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate for our facility to perform a wide range of administrative duties & provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service to individuals within our organization and to our clients (vendors, distributors, end-users and prospects).
Responsibilities include:
· Professionally and knowledgeably answer incoming sales calls and acknowledge customer orders.
· Provide technical support and quotes as required.
· Experience in commercial roofing and/or related construction job site work a plus.
· Excellent telephone, written and presentation skills.
· Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful.
· Facilitate outgoing phone calls to customers, vendors, end users and others, as necessary, to facilitate a customer’s order.
· Educate customers on Everlast products, terminology, order cut-offs and ship dates whenever possible.
· Effectively communicate with Manufacturing and Distribution Departments to accommodate client’s special requests for delivery and pick-up.
· Verify product inventory levels on every order and notify the Inventory Manager of any possible shortfalls or custom product that requires special attention.
· Process customer order confirmations, as necessary.
· Responsible for taking every step to ensure that Everlast follows through on commitments made to our customers.
· Update and maintain customer records for accuracy.
· Ability to work independently.
· Provide support to outside sales including, but not limited to, filling requests for literature, sales catalogs, quotes, and pricing.
· Complete company mailings, order filing and other duties as requested.
· Ability to multitask in a face paced environment
· Drive, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements: Must be available to work a schedule of 8am through 5pm with one hour for lunch Must be able to work in front of a computer for most of the day.
