Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Experience Specialist (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. As a Customer Experience Specialist (Inside Sales), you will be responsible for handling leads, qualifying prospects, and selling our products and services to potential customers via telephone and email. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and email campaigns to potential customers, presenting products/services and to close the sale and identify potential sales opportunities.

Qualifying leads and understanding the customer's needs to determine the appropriate product or service to sell.

Managing and updating customer information and sales records in the company's CRM system (PestPac).

Working closely with the sales team to ensure all customer inquiries and requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintaining knowledge of the company's products or services and staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

Participating in team meetings and providing regular feedback on sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions.

Requirements:

1-2 years in service business, marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in Google Suite and CRM software.

Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
