Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Status Regular, Full-time

Location(s) Arden Hills, MN

Position Summary:

The primary function of this position is to provide quality customer service by assessing customer needs and making necessary graphics updates ad hoc to expedite processing, creating unique solutions and resolving concerns with the goal of exceeding each customers expectations no matter how large or small the request.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Communicates with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Follows prioritization for handling customer volume as given by Manager.
  • Order Management: reviews customer order proofs, processes customer revisions, and moves orders to the next status.
  • Interfaces with all internal departments to ensure customer requests are met with continued customer follow-up.
  • Answers specific questions about orders, proofs, or file requirements accurately via inbound or outbound calls.
  • Assists customers by responding to their needs while keeping policies and procedures in line with requests.
  • Educates customers on order process, timelines and design requirements as needed.
  • Updates graphic designs as needed to expedite customer orders and enhance customer experience.
  • Assists team members as requested by Manager.
  • Outbound sales calls to customers as required by business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in written word, utilizing electronic media such as email and chat.
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns by working toward a viable solution that meets the customer needs within company guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge and use of the internet websites various internet browsers and e-commerce shopping.
  • Attention to detail and organized; able to complete a variety of tasks within deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team with individuals within and outside of the company.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one-year full-time Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Prior Call Center experience preferred, formal customer service training desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Located in the Arden Hill, MN office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
