Reports To: Response Team Manager
Location: Burnsville, MN

The Response team members are relationship builders, problem solvers and are not afraid to take on new challenges to assist both the internal and external customers. The daily interactions with our customers could occur through phone calls, emails, live chats and Microsoft Teams calls. This is not a call center, but direct communication with our customers is an integral part of relationship building.

As customers have questions about the multitude of services and products we offer, they reach out to the Response Team Members who are ready to provide the most enjoyable, professional and consistent experience they can for each customer.
As a Response Team member, some of the daily tasks will include:

  • Place Orders
  • Answer Phones
  • Respond promptly to emails
  • Research Product
  • Assist with returns
  • Track orders
  • Make great, lasting relationships with everyone you encounter
  • Work well as part of an amazing team
  • Inspire Smiles

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Quick and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Multi-tasking effectively.
  • 2+ years of direct customer service experience (High volume experience preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly to customers and co-workers.
  • Dependability, it’s your middle name
  • Ability to problem solve. Not just independently, but also with a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
