Groff's Home Comfort Team is a family-owned company of 30+ years located in Willow Street, just south of Lancaster City. We are involved in all mechanical aspects of new home installation and servicing our community's existing systems. We strive to provide excellent customer service and production in new construction as we continue to grow our company!
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints in our Plumbing and HVAC Service Department. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, team-oriented personality and that will represent our company well to our customers.

Qualifications to apply:
CSR:
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Keeps themselves organized, clean and presentable for customer
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers.
Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Providing professional and ethical service to our customer's Plumbing & HVAC needs
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Understanding the services that our company provides in a way that can be clearly relayed to our customers
- Filing customer files properly and efficiently
- Communicating with our Service Technicians to collect payments/paperwork from our customers
- Assisting in scheduling Service Technicians service calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
