We are looking to add a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to our team within our Gilbert office.

We are looking for team players with high attention to detail who want to make an impact in healthcare.

As a Credentialing Specialist with AB Staffing Solutions, primary responsibilities will focus on credentialing the healthcare workers we staff. Daily, you will be expected to:

• Review applications for Joint Commission-based requirements.
• Initiate and monitor background and other accreditation information.
• Maintain databases with relevant information.
• Credential 40+ new files while keeping actively working providers' files compliant.
• Prepare files to meet facility, federal, and/or state guidelines.

To become a Credentialing Specialist with us, you must have at least 2 years of applicable experience, as well as:

• Outstanding attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Ability to set and exceed goals.
• High level of written and oral communication skills.
