Creative Producer (f/m/x) Audio & Video
Role Overview
Our Innovation Center in Munich is part of our global network of Innovation Centers. Here we will give our customers, e.g. surgeons and other healthcare professionals, the opportunity to learn more about our newest products. They will for instance be able to virtually test a new procedure for hip or knee replacements. As Audio-Visual Technical Specialist you will be part of our global Audio-Visual Services Team and be responsible for the local design and implementation when it comes to e.g. supporting scheduled lab events or maintenance of the augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) gaming spaces. With your knowledge and understanding of audio-visual (AV) troubleshooting and video production you will help us to deliver a unique S+N customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Video Production (45%):Capture business requirements for video content creation and video production responsibilities. Shooting, editing and adjusting materials as recommended by the business. Identify & recommend additional hardware needed to deliver business content requirements. Coordinate with IT Service partners to overcome technical challenges where necessary.

Operational Support (40%):
AV system management & live event support. Preventative maintenance checks on all systems on all AV systems in Munich. Recommend hardware refresh/repair/replacement needs for the site. Coordinate IT infrastructure support when/where required to resolve AV system challenges. Manage AV system inventory and rental equipment. Manage local AV system installations, relocations, decommissioning and/or disposal. -
Technical Support & Project Management (15%):Consult, design, support and deliver the AV systems for the Munich Innovation Center, as well as assist with the design and implementation plans for global AV projects.
Requirements:

Education: Degree in Video Production or Digital Film Design or similar background (Mediengestaltung Bild & Ton, Media Design, Medieninformatik, etc.

Experience: +3 years of experience in development and delivery of video production

Ideally: Experience in managing and supporting complex, global AV services and AV projects (incl. Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality)

Competences: Strong service mindset, pro-activity and ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision

Travel requirements: 10%

Flexibility to sometimes work outside standard office hours

Solid German and English language knowledge (written and spoken)
