Griffin Armament is seeking an experienced, energetic, positive, and skilled team player to amp up the excitement surrounding our brand in the consumer firearms industry at our Watertown Wisconsin facility. For nearly 20 years we have provided some of the most high-performance products in our space to customers from all walks of life including law enforcement, military, sportsman, recreational, & competitive shooters. You are a talented, motivated, high energy media or marketing professional who has an organic interest and passion for creating and distributing exciting, entertaining media that strongly influences our consumer base to purchase and enjoy our products.

Your personality traits:

· The ability to consistently follow through with projects and take them from concept to completion per deadlines (this is extremely important).

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Strong capability in capturing dynamic and rich content in both still photo and
video clips

· Excellent oral and written communication skills both inside (the company) and
outside (content distribution)

· Respect for company directives from upper management, peers, and subordinates

· A positive teamwork attitude that focus’ on meeting company objectives / directives

· Willingness to go beyond your scope of work in order to achieve team and
company success

YOUR EXPERIENCE

· Formally trained in an educational environment on photo & video as well as the
Adobe Creative Suite (graduated from an accredited program (BS in Digital Arts or
similar field))

· Able to edit and execute newsletters weekly

· Able to utilize video editing software such as Final Cut Pro X

· Fluency in utilizing multiple layers of video and audio as well as effects and plugins to construct professional and dynamic videos

· Understanding of how to implement lighting, motion capabilities, etc (lightboxes, studio lighting, flash’s, gimbals, gantry’s etc)

· Able to utilize Indesign and Photoshop for print edits and graphic support

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

· Contributing in idea sessions at beginning monthly production meetings

· E-Newsletter creation and distribution

· Trade show planning, design and execution

· Web editing on a friendly GUI website

· Social media responsibilities across all streams (IG, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook,
Twitter, Tik-tok, & industry specific forums)

· Product photography and editing in Lightroom and Photoshop

· Assisting in video work setting up shots and helping team projects with DSLR,
mirrorless, GoPro, drones, etc.

· Editing, publishing, & distributing media through all marketing platforms

· Assist with “Dwell Time” Podcast episodes

· Periodic maintenance of marketing and sales promotions and programs

· Monthly productivity reporting to upper management

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
