PFS Global in Diamond Bar, CA is seeking to hire a CPA - Tax Manager to work in our tax department.

Qualifications for the CPA (Accountant) - Tax Manager:

• Active CPA license in the State of California
• Ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience of individual, partnership, and corporation taxation (minimum of 5 years experience to be considered)
• Experience preparing 1120, 1120S, 1065 and 1040 tax returns
• Strong communication skills, with clients and team members
• Knowledge of tax software such as Lacerte, ProSystems fx, or UltraTax

Responsibilities for the CPA (Accountant) - Tax Manager

• Review tax returns before they are sent to the clients
• Prepare complex tax returns
• Manage PFS' client list workflow and management
• Consult with clients on their tax questions
• Provide clients with tax planning
• Complete ongoing tax research and provide monthly updates to the tax team
• Manage tax department employees
• Ensure day-to-day is being completed timely: tasks, emails, return phone calls, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
