BENEFITS OF CAREER CHAIN WIDE PAY (EXCLUDES CALIFORNIA) Predictable Commission • At JCPenney, we are committed to growing our Stylists wealth, richest commission in the industry • 3 Commission levels: • Designer - 50% Commission on services • Senior - 55% Commission on services • Master - 60% commission (up to 70% based on service sales) on services • In addition to the commission for services, we offer 10% commission on any Salon products sold with the service. • Our stylists are the lifeblood of our salon and as such, we believe in investing in their growth and development. • This year, we have introduced a program to help stylists increase their productivity through weekly coaching. • We offer the ability for a stylist to promote from their current level to the next level (Designer to Senior, Senior to Master) every 90 days. • This ongoing coaching is designed to help stylists grow from a Designer to a Senior to a Master and allow to them to earn higher commissions and thus, grow your wealth.
