We are pleased to announce the opening for an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in Huntsville, AL to be part of our Information & Security Operations Division and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces.

The candidate will:

  • Function as the Corporate Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)
    • Support the Certification and Accreditation of Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages.
    • Perform Continuous Monitoring of accredited information systems
    • Maintain working relationships with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)
    • Function as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA) and support Assured File Transfers (AFTs)
  • Function as the COMSEC Custodian for the Huntsville office
  • Maintain documentation and configuration management systems.
  • Other duties as assigned


Here’s what you’ll need:

To qualify for this position, the candidate should possess 5 or more years’ experience in supporting Information Technology infrastructure. The candidate should have BA/BS in a related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or similar) or a minimum of 8 years of relevant full-time professional experience in areas such as Information Technology, Information Security, Industrial Security, or Cybersecurity. Finally, you must possess, or have the ability to obtain and maintain, an active TOP SECRET Security Clearance. Lacking any one of these disqualifies you from this job.


You also must have:

  • Previous experience as an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) or as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)
  • Experience with eMASS
  • Experience with DIAS
  • Must have, or be able to obtain within six months of hire, certifications which meets DoD Directive 8570.01-M (CISSP, CISM, etc).


Other qualifications we hope you bring to the table:

  • Experience with Operating System hardening (DISA STIG's, etc)
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be proficient with office automation tools.
