GardaWorld Security Corporate Human Resources Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Employee Relations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and consultation on matters pertaining to the Human Resources functionality for the Corporate offices of GardaWorld Security Services, which includes employee engagement, employee relations, leadership development, and performance management. In addition, this position provides direct leadership to the national Human Resources Administrator team and supports the larger national force of Human Resources professionals. The Corporate Human Resources Manager is responsible for centrally supporting compliance with federal employment regulations such as unemployment, FMLA and ADA. And additionally, this role oversees the integrity of overhead onboarding employee files and records.
The key focus of this position is to define and implement processes that ensure initiatives are in line with strategic priorities, with a focus on improving culture, employee engagement, and ultimately retention. To ensure effectiveness, this position will also be responsible for identifying and implementing metrics to measure performance and to develop action plans and objectives to continuously improve.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Partners with the senior leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy particularly as it relates to current and future needs for Corporate & overhead staff.
- Support corporate leadership by consulting with line management to provide HR guidance when appropriate.
- Provide leadership to a national team of Human Resources Administrators who support regional and local operational and human resource initiatives.
- Define and develop process improvements to HR administration across the nation.
- Support national focus to drive down employee attrition and regrettable loss.
- Drive culture improvements for members of the corporate team, through support of divisional leadership.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to divisional management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provide assistance, support, and accountability for the Red-Carpet Hiring Process to overhead employees. To include:
- Client Profile Forms, Re-Carpet Interviewing Processes, Red-Carpet Communications.
- Provide assistance, support, and accountability for the Journey of the Guard Process. To include:
- New hire calls, new hire visits, new hire surveys, 30/60/90-day communication process.
- Facilitates monthly human resources "All Calls" to focus on the continued education of the HR team.
- Other job-related duties as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

IDEAL EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in human resources/business management or related field
- A minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources management role
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

- Pass an extensive background screening which may include, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug tests, aptitude tests, skills assessments, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)
- Tech-savvy with experience in both proprietary and mass-market systems
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
